The NuWay Tobacco Company produces binders and wrappers for the mass market cigar industry. Our homogenized tobacco leaf (HTL) products are produced using tobacco, pulp, and natural gums. Unlike paper-processed sheets, our manufacturing process allows us to retain the natural characteristics of a tobacco leaf, including a slow burn and sweet taste. Our products have grown with our customers’ production requirements as machine speeds for performance have increased. We have the means to impart different visual characteristics to a variety of products other than what we currently offer. Our Products
Binder
Our binder HTL products range from roll your own wraps and hand rolled cigars to high-speed machines for the mass market cigar industry. Depending on your production requirements, we offer products with a proven history of working on your rod makers and providing unmatched consumer preference. Our binder products are generally available in sizes from 30mm to 316mm (1.25”-12.25”) with custom sizes available upon request.
Wrapper
Our wrapper is created using a proprietary HTL process that delivers consistency to our customer’s operations. Our wrapper products are offered in different properties and colors, ranging from various shades of brown to gold, green and black. Our wrapper products have a proven track record for customer satisfaction. Our wrapper products are generally available in sizes 30mm-316mm (1.25”-12.25”) with custom sizes available upon request.
Botanical and Hemp Sheets
Our botanical line is produced using the same proprietary HTL process trusted in our tobacco products, ensuring consistency and quality across every sheet. We currently offer a hemp-based sheet and are actively developing tea and other botanical formulations to serve a growing range of applications. Our botanical products are available in various natural tones and characteristics, with custom properties and sizes available upon request.
